Ine stands in the front room of an apartment with Rick, a male red fox, who is gesturing to the room with a smile. The kitchen and stove can be seen to the right and a hallway entrance is against the back wall. Ine looks around and smiles, looking pleased. Rick says, "It's been a nice place to live. Reasonable rent, great student ward... I'd stay, but I'm getting married soon." Ine turns to look at Rick and says, "Oh, congrats!" Rick glances away with an embarrassed smile, rubs his shoulder, and says, "Heh, thanks. Except I forgot my contract goes til the end of the year. Hopefully I can--" Ine interrupts, pointing at Rick enthusiastically and saying, "Sold!" Looking surprised, Rick says, "Just like that?" Ine says, "I don't have much choice. School starts in a few days. Besides, this seems like a good place." Rick places a hand on his chest, looking relieved, and says, "Wow... Well, thank you! You've just helped me out a ton!" Ine grins and says, "Heheh, just returning the favor!"
