Ine is standing with his back against the door, clutching his chest and panting weakly. Dil looks up at him concerned, and says, "Ine, snap out of it! I told you it was a joke. ...Are you okay?" Still looking weak, Ine points to the box of things he left on the floor, and says, "I'm fine. Just get my inhaler. Hurry." Looking frightened towards the box, Dil says, "Inhaler?! Ah, crap! I'm sorry, if I'd known you had asthma..." Gritting his teeth, Dil begins rummaging through the contents of the box, saying, "Inhaler... inhaler..." while off panel, Ine wheezes and says, "Dil... Please..." Dil looks up from the empty box, looking terrified, and says, "I'm looking! I don't see an inhaler! Hang on pal! I'm going to go--" we then see Ine standing up, looking fine and grinning as he holds up his phone and clicks a picture of Dil, who looks at him in confusion and says, "...get... help...?"
