Dil reaches into a drawer in his dresser while saying, "They started looking into the adoption process after I'd been there for about a year." Dil hands a small picture frame to Ine, who reaches for it, looking surprised as Dil says, "Brother and sister attwell asked me to be their son on my fifth birthday." We see a closeup of the picture held in Ine's hand, which shows an adult male and female otter, sitting with young Dil between them, who is smiling happily.
